Position: Software Engineer
Hours: Full time
Location: Irvine, California

Job Description
Software Engineer is responsible for and is involved in the design and development of VERICUT software to meet customer requirements through team and individual efforts.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of programming experience (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Java, C/C++
  • Experience with GUI and computer graphics
  • Understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Solid understanding of 3D concepts
  • Strong math skills and background
  • Excellent problem-solving, software design, coding, testing, and debugging skills
  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

In addition to the above, the following qualifications are desirable but not required:

  • Experience in commercial software development for Windows
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM development

Position: Technical Support Engineer
Hours: Full-time
Locations: USA (OH/MI, Southeast PA, WA, MO, CT/NH)

Job Description
Technical Support Engineer provides support and knowledge to internal departments and local end-user customers on VERICUT products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-user customers, sales engineers, and marketing partners
  • Instruct VERICUT training classes
  • Travel to and conduct on-site training and consulting at customer sites
  • Assist end-users in maximizing benefits and implementation of VERICUT software
  • Log and track software change requests

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Practical working experience in NC programming

Position: Sales Engineer
Hours: Full-time
Locations: Brazil, USA (Southeast PA)

Job Description
The Sales Engineer pursues leads, qualifies prospects, and manages all aspects of the sales process for both new and existing customers. The Sales Engineer also works with, and establishes, business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and grow an existing account base focused on promoting company products and services
  • Develop strong customer relationships at all levels (plant engineers, research and technology experts, purchasing managers, and senior management)
  • Responsible for development and delivery of sales presentation and product demonstrations at customer locations
  • Prepare quotes and write customer implementation plans as appropriate
  • Perform post-sale customer follow-up
  • Maintain an accurate prospect and customer database
  • Attend and present the technology at trade shows and symposiums
  • Represent CGTech in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Position: Marketing Communications Manager
Hours: Full-time
Locations: Irvine, CA

Job Description
The Marketing Communications Manager creates and executes the overall marketing communication objectives for the company. This position is responsible for increasing brand awareness, creating new business opportunities by generating sales leads, and maintaining a positive, consistent corporate image. In addition to managing the marketing team, this position requires someone who can create content while ensuring necessary tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities
Main areas of responsibility include:

  • Advertising – Develop advertising plan to provide maximum product exposure at cost effective rates. Evaluate print and online media, negotiate rates and place insertions. Create advertising material from concept to finished product including: copywriting, design and layout, production
  • Public Relations – Develop and maintain positive working relationship with press. Write articles, press releases, newsletters and customer case studies. Create graphics for publication
  • Collateral Materials – Create collateral material (brochures, flyers, videos) from concept to finished product. Work with vendors as necessary to produce final product
  • Tradeshows & Special Events – Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to select, plan, and analyze results of events (tradeshows, users group meetings) designed to increase product awareness and generate sales leads. Evaluate events, select exhibition space, design booths, and supervise all logistics. Coordinate pre-show, at-show, and post-show publicity. Prepare sales presentations
  • Direct Marketing – Create, manage, and execute direct mail, email campaigns and newsletters
  • Internet Marketing – Develop and maintain web content (copy, graphics, animations, downloads) for company web site. Analyze site traffic and maintain search engine rankings. Oversee social media presence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent copywriting ability and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information into a concise format
  • Advanced level computer skills and knowledge in software tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and/or Camtasia video editing software
  • Demonstrated graphical layout and design abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work well within a team environment
  • Thorough understanding of marketing concepts and strategies

Job Description
The Marketing Specialist assists with the development of materials consistent with CGTech’s overall marketing communication strategy. This position requires an experienced person who is creative, flexible, and comfortable with technical information.

Responsibilities
Main areas of responsibility include:

  • Create collateral material (brochures, flyers, multi-media) as needed.
  • Develop demonstrative graphics for publication and tradeshow displays.
  • Create tradeshow loops and other promotional videos.
  • Assist with the development of advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the product group to create articles, press releases, and customer case studies.
  • Develop sales and tradeshow conference presentations.
  • Assist with development of the corporate web strategy.
  • Analyze effectiveness of marketing programs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience that includes graphic design and copy creation. Must be able to learn quickly and work equally well with a team or independently. Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a capacity to handle a high volume workload is vital to success.

The ideal candidate will also have a portfolio and resume that shows:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated graphical layout and design abilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing concepts.
