Position: Software Developer
Hours: Full time
Location: Irvine, California

Software Engineer is responsible for and is involved in the design, programming and development of VERICUT software.


  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong proficiency in Java, C, C++, and mechanical CAD/CAM programming
  • Experience with GUI and computer graphics
  • Solid understanding of 3D concepts
  • Strong math skills and background
  • Excellent problem-solving, software design, coding, testing, and debugging skills
  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physics, Math or related field

In addition to the above, the following qualifications are desirable but not required:

  • CAD/CAM industry experience


Position: Technical Support Engineer
Hours: Full-time
Locations: USA (OH/MI, Southeast PA, WA, MO), India (Pune)

Technical Support Engineer provides support and knowledge to internal departments and local end-user customers on VERICUT products.


  • Provide technical support to end-user customers, sales engineers, and marketing partners
  • Instruct VERICUT training classes
  • Travel to and conduct on-site training and consulting at customer sites
  • Assist end-users in maximizing benefits and implementation of VERICUT software
  • Log and track software change requests


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Willingness to travel
  • Practical working experience in NC programming
  • CAD/CAM experience and knowledge

Position: Sales Engineer
Hours: Full-time
Locations: Brazil, India (Bangalore), USA (Southeast PA), UK


The Sales Engineer pursues leads, qualifies prospects, and manages all aspects of the sales process for both new and existing customers. The Sales Engineer also works with, and establishes, business partners.


  • Manage, maintain, and grow an existing account base focused on promoting company products and services
  • Develop strong customer relationships at all levels (plant engineers, research and technology experts, purchasing managers, and senior management)
  • Responsible for development and delivery of sales presentation and product demonstrations at customer locations
  • Prepare quotes and write customer implementation plans as appropriate
  • Perform post-sale customer follow-up
  • Maintain an accurate prospect and customer database
  • Attend and present the technology at trade shows and symposiums
  • Represent CGTech in a professional and knowledgeable manner


  • Proven sales experience

Position: Senior Accountant
Hours: Full-time
Location: Irvine, CA, USA


The Senior Accountant reports to the Controller. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general ledger accountability, consolidated financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.


General Accounting

  • Responsible for Revenue recognition/ Deferred revenue entries
  • Oversee the posting and maintenance of general ledger accounts including:
    • Creation and/or review of Journal entries
    • Reconciliations (Revenue, Intercompany etc.)
  • Manage the monthly and year-end close process
  • Oversee all functions related to consolidating financials (Global)
  • Coordination of year-end audit
    • Collect and provide information for audit inquiries and give assistance to auditors
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting and accounting control policies and procedures

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Responsible for Global financial reporting (each entity and in total)
    • Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash flow
    • Actual, budget and prior year variance analysis
  • Office and Product profitability reports


  • Strong Analytical skills with the initiative to identify and analyze changes or discrepancies
  • Thorough knowledge of GAAP
  • Rigorous attention to detail, but to also grasp the bigger picture and how the details fit into it
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work toward deadlines
  • Ability to achieve goals independently as well as to contribute effectively to team projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Advanced skill level in Excel including Pivot tables, Look-up formula and PowerPoint


Position: Product Marketing
Hours: Full-time
Location: Irvine, California (preferred), will consider remote candidates

Job Description

Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, and ensure that the product supports the company’s overall business strategy and goals.


  • Lead credible discussions with end-user customers and customer management
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Effectively communicate requirements with software developers and management
  • Develop and manage market sizing, market and competitive analysis
  • Support sales and technical support engineers on product related questions
  • Create presentations and speak credibly at trade shows and symposiums
  • Represent CGTech in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Act as a software technology resource to industry organizations and publications
  • Monitor industry trends that indicate the need for new products and services


  • Proven experience in project management, marketing, and managing engineers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to clearly describe, both in writing and verbally, complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical groups of people of all sizes
  • Significant broad industry experience as a manufacturing engineer with experience in various fabrication techniques — specifically CNC programming, machining, and tooling.
  • Direct CAD/CAM software experience in product development, sales and support roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
  • BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Some travel is required
