We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Finance Manager - USA

Position: Finance Manager
Hours: Full time
Location: Irvine, CA, United States Hybrid

Summary
The successful candidate is responsible and will manage CGTech U.S. accounting and financial planning process. The successful incumbent will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation in the finance area for CGTech U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of the accounting department;
  • Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department, ensuring all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time;
  • Prepare and coordinate the preparation of internal financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports for senior management and parent company;
  • Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all local tax returns and support Sandvik Group CPA for state and federal tax returns;
  • Management of all internal and external audits;
  • Management of all aspects of payroll;
  • Liaison between the organization and its stakeholders, financial institutions, legal and accounting professionals, customers, and all government bodies;
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in the related field;
  • 3-5+ years in an Accounting or Finance role;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls;
  • Experience with accounting ERP software;
  • Strong organization and attention to detail;
  • Self-starter with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive deep as needed;
  • High attention to detail and focus on accuracy and accountability;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment;
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds;
  • Ability to learn complex business and operational matters;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy, evolving corporate culture;

Compensation Details

  • The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $125,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Sales Development Representative (SDR) - USA/Canada

Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Hours: Full time
Location: USA/Canada

Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), this position will play a pivotal role in our sales team, responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads for CGTech solutions. This role is essential in the early stages of the sales cycle, laying the foundation for our sales team to convert leads into loyal customers. Additionally, it offers opportunities for collaboration with the Sales Team to facilitate closing deals. This position reports to the Sales Director of Americas.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and management to achieve quarterly sales goals;
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and prospects in selecting CGTech solutions and products;
  • Create, build, close, and manage a qualified pipeline of inbound and direct customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other prospecting techniques;
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads to build rapport and trust;
  • Schedule meetings and demos with the designated sales team member;
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new leads and sales opportunities within the assigned time zone or territory;
  • Maintain and update client data in the CRM system;
  • Gather feedback from clients regarding their usage of our solution, the features they are utilizing, and suggestions for new features;
  • Provide support in Maintenance & Renewals and partner with the Sales and Technical Support Teams;
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics;
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma, or an equivalent year of experience in the related field;
  • 1-3 years of direct experience in customer service or software sales. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Strong collaborator, working cross-functionally with Sales and Technical Support departments;
  • Passion for customer excellence, consistently exceeding customer satisfaction, and possessing strong business acumen;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite and database management tools;
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment;
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds;
  • Ability to learn product lines and sales operations;
  • Willingness to seek and provide constructive feedback;
  • Passion for continuous improvements in the Ways of Working (WoW);
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving corporate culture;
